Manages and optimizes paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and occasionally Meta for multi-brand e-commerce businesses. Responsibilities include campaign setup, bidding, budgeting, keyword and product-feed strategy, conversion tracking, reporting, and ROAS optimization. The role analyzes performance data, recommends customer-journey improvements, coordinates with creative and e-commerce teams, and supports revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Performs accurate data entry and database maintenance for customer, order, and supply chain records. Transfers information from physical documents, updates spreadsheets and internal systems, verifies data, corrects discrepancies, organizes files, and supports administrative projects. Requires strong attention to detail, typing, organization, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Works independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.

Develops, evaluates, and optimizes manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, workflows, and layouts to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost. Leads continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering projects, analyzes production data and costs, supports process validation and equipment maintenance, investigates root causes, and implements corrective actions. Collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, product development, supply chain, technicians, and vendors while providing technical guidance and ensuring regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance.
