Provide permanency planning and case management for children and youth in foster care: assess safety and risk, engage families and foster parents, coordinate services and visits, facilitate KEEP/PTC groups, maintain ACS/agency documentation, attend court and team meetings, and apply Sanctuary Model and Solution Based Casework approaches.

Provide case planning and permanency services for children and youth in foster care: assess safety/risk, conduct visits and contacts, coordinate visits, facilitate KEEP/PTC groups, complete ACS documentation, attend hearings, collaborate with team, and implement Sanctuary and Solution Based Casework models.

Support education programs by managing participant databases, customizing Salesforce, creating dashboards and reports, performing data quality checks, conducting program evaluation and improvement work, training staff, and producing funder and compliance reporting to strengthen services and outcomes.

Lead and supervise the after-school program and summer camp, coordinate curricula and parent engagement, liaise with school staff, provide crisis intervention, manage reporting and budgets, ensure compliance and site safety, and collaborate with internal departments.

Provide front desk support including answering and directing calls and visitors, mail and package handling, clerical tasks, data entry, supply inventory, calendar and vehicle log management, petty cash and reconciliation, and other administrative duties.

Supervise and manage an after-school group, ensuring participant safety and positive youth development. Plan and deliver sequenced curricula and activities (arts, recreation, academic enrichment), track student progress, organize culminating events and family engagement, supervise support staff, attend trainings, complete required documentation, and act as a mandated reporter.
