Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR, payroll, and program teams; handles employee concerns and special projects. Requires weekly travel to assigned program sites throughout New York City.

Provides comprehensive case planning and casework services for youth and families in foster care. Manages 16–20 cases, conducts family and home safety assessments, coordinates referrals and treatment teams, attends court and permanency hearings, maintains ACS documentation, and develops permanency plans. Works with social workers and community partners to support youth safety, well-being, trauma-informed care, and lasting family or community connections. The role is primarily onsite in New York City, includes field work and some evening hours.

Provides administrative and project support to Human Resources, including onboarding, candidate clearance scheduling, HRIS and ADP reporting, license monitoring, audit preparation, personnel file maintenance, I-9 backup verification, and departmental coordination. The role also assists with credit card reconciliation, reception coverage, supplies, and employee inquiries.

Coordinates family team conferences for a Bronx prevention program, including scheduling, ACS documentation, space preparation, participant notifications, transportation, database updates, and tracking. Provides front desk and general administrative support by greeting visitors, answering calls, preparing reports, notifying staff of appointments, distributing petty cash and metro cards, and supporting meetings and trainings.
