Provides administrative and project support to Human Resources, including onboarding, candidate clearance scheduling, HRIS and ADP reporting, license monitoring, audit preparation, personnel file maintenance, I-9 backup verification, and departmental coordination. The role also assists with credit card reconciliation, reception coverage, supplies, and employee inquiries.

Assists the Program Director with daily afterschool operations, programming, scheduling, staff coordination, student records, attendance tracking, parent engagement, community outreach, participant enrollment, and culminating events. Provides program leadership when the Director is absent, supports a safe and accountable youth environment, and leads group activities while applying youth-development and crisis-intervention practices.

Coordinate and develop internship and career-readiness opportunities for overage, under-credited high school students. Recruit employers, place and monitor interns, run weekly seminar curriculum, manage onboarding and payroll timesheets, track student progress, collaborate with school staff and DOE, and maintain Salesforce and other documentation.
