Support and assist staff in delivering after-school enrichment activities (sports, arts, educational lessons), supervise participants, collect attendance and program data, distribute snacks, maintain program rules and safety, and follow GSS, DYCD and SACC regulations.

Supervise and ensure safety of after-school participants; plan and deliver thematic curriculum (arts, literacy, recreation); foster positive youth development; engage families; manage support staff; maintain records, attendance, and program policies; attend trainings and events; act as mandated reporter.

Supervise and manage an after-school group of students, plan and facilitate themed curricula and activities (arts, recreation, academics), ensure participant safety, track attendance and development, engage families, assist instructors, attend trainings, and support culminating events. Serve as mandated reporter and promote a strengths-based, trauma-informed youth development environment.
