Build trusted relationships with highest-risk individuals and community members in Bronx neighborhoods, mediate conflicts to prevent gun violence, provide crisis intervention and referrals, document contacts and incidents in databases, participate in trainings, be on-call and work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and mobilize community violence-reduction efforts.

Supervise and ensure safety of a youth group during summer program; plan and deliver thematic curriculum, arts/crafts, and recreational activities; track attendance and development; engage families; attend trainings; supervise support staff; maintain records and program policies; act as mandated reporter and support culminating events and trips.

Lead and supervise an after-school group of students, ensuring safety, engagement, and positive development. Plan and deliver thematic curriculum and activities (arts, literacy, recreation), track attendance and growth, facilitate culminating events, engage families, supervise support staff, complete documentation, attend trainings, and enforce program policies. Act as a mandated reporter and promote a strength-based, trauma-informed youth development environment.
