Supervise and support an after-school youth group by ensuring participant safety, managing attendance and behavior, leading educational, recreational, arts, and team-building activities, and supporting academic and personal development. The role includes curriculum planning, family engagement, staff supervision, documentation, conflict resolution, facility checks, culminating events, trips, and adherence to program policies and trauma-informed, strength-based practices.

Assists the Program Director with daily afterschool operations, programming, scheduling, staff coordination, student records, attendance, family engagement, community outreach, participant enrollment, and events. Provides leadership during the Director’s absence, supports a safe and accountable youth environment, leads group activities, and participates in professional development and crisis intervention activities.

Provides case planning and permanency services for children and families in foster care. Responsibilities include safety assessments, family and foster parent engagement, home and school monitoring, referrals, supervised visits, group facilitation, court testimony, permanency planning, documentation, and collaboration with agency and community partners. The role applies KEEP, PTC, YDSC, Sanctuary Model, and Solution Based Casework practices while supporting reunification, placement stability, and child well-being.
