The Manufacturing Process Engineer will develop and scale photonics manufacturing processes, ensure product and process documentation, and drive quality improvements through collaboration and audits.

Develop and support customer accounts for optical thin film coating solutions. Build technical and commercial relationships, identify new opportunities, assist with quotations and proposals, participate in customer meetings and site visits, and collaborate with engineering, production, quality and R&D to translate technical capability into commercial value.
