The role engages customers, suppliers, engineering, and supply chain teams, coordinates concessions, chairs MRB meetings, supports contract reviews and engineering changes, and mentors colleagues in quality best practices.

Develop/execute functional and environmental test plans, perform fibre splicing and opto-electronic assembly, troubleshoot, engage customers, and contribute to technical reviews and reports.

Lead transfer of photonic products from R&D to manufacturing by driving DFM/DFA/DFX, process qualification, pilot runs, tooling and test development, and cross-functional readiness reviews. Analyze yield and quality data, manage engineering changes and BOMs, and run continuous improvement and sustaining engineering to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
