Provides strategic financial leadership for a multisite optical systems manufacturing business. Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI development, performance management, operational finance, cost optimization, inventory, working capital, reporting, controls, and compliance. Advises executive and operational leaders on growth, pricing, investments, profitability, and business transformation. Leads and develops finance teams across four US locations and supports acquisitions, due diligence, restructuring, and scalable process implementation.

Leads the conceptual design, development, integration, and validation of precision optical systems and components. Responsibilities include lens design, optical modeling, Monte Carlo and tolerance analysis, design reviews, technical documentation, test-method development, and performance validation. The role uses Zemax, supports aerospace, defense, scientific, and commercial applications, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Serves as the onsite HR partner for the Fremont manufacturing operation, advising leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR operations. Supports growth, organizational change, staffing, performance management, investigations, succession planning, and employee lifecycle processes while partnering with recruiting, shared services, and the broader U.S. HR team.
