Set up and operate semi-automated machinery to manufacture precision optical components, follow engineering drawings and written procedures, maintain quality, safety and output targets, clean equipment and work areas, and support continuous improvement.

Develop and control manufacturing documentation (SOPs, work instructions, process specs), manage document control and ECOs, support process development, manufacturing readiness, change management, continuous improvement, training, and cross-functional sustaining engineering in a regulated precision-manufacturing environment.

Lead fabrication and bonding manufacturing operations in a high-mix, low-volume optics environment. Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets; oversee NPI, technology transfers, process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop supervisors, engineers, and technicians; manage capacity planning, metrics, and compliance with quality systems while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and senior leadership.
