Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage ECOs, drive PFMEA and risk mitigation, support RMA investigations, ensure compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 requirements, and collaborate on manufacturability and cost-reduction initiatives.

Lead and perform internal, supplier and customer quality activities including audits, FAIRs and MRB; analyse quality metrics; drive root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement; support supplier engagement and quality in engineering changes.

The Optical Manufacturing Engineer leads the technical authority for optical manufacturing, optimizing processes, driving improvements, and providing cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals.
