Teams at GONG

Create and adapt visual content across digital and print channels, including graphic design, photo retouching, video editing, motion graphics, and subtitles. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content teams to transform raw assets into platform-ready campaigns, social media, website, and print materials. Maintain visual consistency, prepare technically compliant files, and develop reusable templates and workflows. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while supporting the brand’s visual storytelling.

Design and improve digital customer journeys, e-commerce experiences, responsive interfaces, newsletters, and reusable design systems. Analyze user feedback and site performance, create flows and prototypes, conduct usability testing, collaborate with developers, and measure post-launch impact. The role combines UX research, UI design, accessibility, visual quality, and business goals while helping build GONG’s internal UX/UI capability.

Create and adapt engaging French and English copy for product pages, videos, tutorials, campaigns, social media, email, and in-store materials. Maintain GONG’s brand voice across international markets, optimize content for SEO, translate and culturally adapt messaging, improve customer-facing communications, and monitor communication trends and audience needs. The role requires strong bilingual writing abilities, knowledge of board sports equipment and culture, proficiency with content and SEO tools, and effective project management.
