Leads GWPG’s Southern California sales organization, driving profitable revenue growth, market expansion, strategic accounts, and commercial accountability. Develops go-to-market strategy, manages sales leaders and representatives, improves sales processes, oversees forecasting and budgets, builds executive customer relationships, and recruits and develops sales talent. The role requires collaboration across operations, manufacturing, finance, marketing, and customer service, plus regular travel to plants, customers, and sales teams.

Serves as the on-site HR partner for two manufacturing plants, supporting employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, investigations, performance management, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS updates, compliance, and process improvement. Coaches plant leaders, resolves employee concerns, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with HR Operations to promote a safe, respectful, and productive workplace.

Drive profitable packaging sales across Northern or Southern California through new business development, strategic account management, and consultative selling. Sell litho-focused, corrugated, folding carton, single-face lamination, retail display, and branded packaging solutions. Build relationships with brand owners and procurement leaders, develop account plans, maintain sales pipelines, present proposals, and collaborate with design, estimating, operations, and customer service teams to deliver profitable, customized solutions.
