Leads GWPG’s Southern California sales organization, developing go-to-market strategy, driving profitable revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing strategic accounts. Oversees sales leaders and representatives, pipeline forecasting, commercial processes, budgets, customer relationships, market expansion, and talent development. Partners with operations, finance, marketing, manufacturing, and other executives to deliver packaging solutions and strengthen business performance. Regular travel to plants, customers, and sales teams is required.

Develops and executes sales strategies for the Oregon market, targeting strategic customers and growing profitable packaging business. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, customized solution development, forecasting, market research, customer relationship management, competitive analysis, and expanding market share. The role serves as the primary contact for existing customers while identifying new opportunities and ensuring sales meet profitability requirements.

Manages customer packaging projects from concept through delivery, coordinating sales, finance, design, procurement, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics. Serves as the primary customer liaison, oversees schedules, materials, product specifications, orders, and issue resolution, and ensures accurate, on-time delivery. The role also supports product design, vendor management, pricing and cost analysis, customer relationship development, CRM data accuracy, and cross-functional process improvement.
