Leads federal talent acquisition operations supporting an intelligence agency. Oversees recruiting, candidate assessment, workforce planning, applicant-tracking workflows, compliance, team leadership, performance metrics, executive reporting, and process improvement. Develops sourcing and engagement strategies for technical and mission-critical positions, manages multiple initiatives, applies project and change-management principles, and serves as the operational and technical authority for the program.

Maintains official personnel records in eOPF, retrieves prior Federal personnel folders, scans and indexes documents, verifies compliance with regulations, responds to information requests, and manages service center tickets. The role requires three years of Federal HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and Public Trust clearance upon hire.

Leads large-scale HRMS modernization and implementation programs from planning through stabilization. Manages PMO governance, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, vendors, HR system integration, data migration, testing, go-live, change management, training, and adoption. Ensures alignment with business objectives, federal regulations, privacy requirements, FedRAMP, and cybersecurity standards while coordinating HR, payroll, IT, executives, and implementation partners.
