Perform business process analysis across finance, supply chain and plantations with a focus on SAP SD/ACM. Gather and document requirements, translate them to technical specs, and participate in SAP implementation, configuration, testing and post-go-live support. The Internal Communications Lead develops and implements the communication plan, manages content for the internal portal, leads engagement events, and collaborates with HR on narratives to strengthen corporate reputation and employee branding.

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research; evaluate business opportunities with market sizing and risk analysis; build financial models and valuation analyses; prepare investment memos and deal documentation; maintain databases and dashboards; track KPIs; develop strategic presentations and reports; clean and analyse data to inform decisions; support cross-functional projects and occasional business travel.

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions and co-pilots: architect end-to-end AI pipelines, implement LLM- and RAG-based agent workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, prototype POCs, and ensure performance, reliability, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Lead and manage an Agentic AI engineering team to design, build, deploy, and operate AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems. Provide technical leadership, enforce architecture and code standards, mentor on LLMs/RAG/prompt engineering, run sprints and POCs, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive reuse and governance compliance.

Manage financial performance, assist in budgeting, conduct variance analysis, and provide strategic business analysis for the business unit.
