Teams at Golden Agri-Resources (GAR)

Develops dashboards, KPI monitoring, and analytical reports to identify business trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Translates business questions into metrics and analytical requirements, supports predictive and prescriptive AI use cases, validates data quality, documents governance standards, and collaborates with business, IT, and data engineering stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Manages platform infrastructure, automation, daily business-as-usual operations, VMware support, and Microsoft environments including ADFS, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, KMS, WSUS, and MIM. Also oversees file and print services, mobile device management solutions, and project management activities.

Acts as a bridge between business and IT by translating business requirements into system specifications and explaining system limitations in business terms. Analyzes business functions, gathers information, evaluates process and system requirements, recommends process and system improvements, develops controls and procedures, maintains documentation, supports and trains users, and identifies opportunities to improve monitoring and operational value.
