Acts as a bridge between business and IT by translating business requirements into system specifications and explaining system limitations in business terms. Analyzes business functions, gathers information, evaluates process and system requirements, recommends process and system improvements, develops controls and procedures, maintains documentation, supports and trains users, and identifies opportunities to improve monitoring and operational value.

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research; evaluate business opportunities with market sizing and risk analysis; build financial models and valuation analyses; prepare investment memos and deal documentation; maintain databases and dashboards; track KPIs; develop strategic presentations and reports; clean and analyse data to inform decisions; support cross-functional projects and occasional business travel.

Lead and manage an Agentic AI engineering team to design, build, deploy, and operate AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems. Provide technical leadership, enforce architecture and code standards, mentor on LLMs/RAG/prompt engineering, run sprints and POCs, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive reuse and governance compliance.
