Manage full-cycle recruiting for BMET and related positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, offers, and candidate engagement. Build pipelines of BMET professionals through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, partnerships, and targeted search strategies. Maintain candidate records in the ATS, communicate with past applicants, promote the employer brand, and provide a positive candidate experience.

Performs laboratory and on-site quality inspections, audits, process reviews, trend analysis, proficiency evaluations, and calibration activities for a Navy Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory. Leads quality assurance programs, corrective actions, root cause analysis, technician training, quality metrics, deficiency investigations, and continuous process improvement in accordance with NAVAIR METCAL, Navy, and DoD requirements.

Manage, monitor, secure, and optimize Azure, AWS, and SaaS cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include infrastructure configuration, security and compliance monitoring, backups and recovery, technical support, user training, troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role also supports cloud availability, performance, scalability, cost effectiveness, and compliance with government and industry frameworks.

Paid internship and externship opportunities provide college students and recent graduates with hands-on work-study experience, professional development, networking, and exposure to corporate business functions. Available areas include business development, operations, accounting, human resources, information technology, communications, and shareholder services. Participants must complete a 10-week, 40-hour-per-week, in-person program and meet student, GPA, and Goldbelt shareholder or descendant eligibility requirements.

Leads all Alaska-based operations, subsidiaries, land and real estate holdings, facilities, tourism businesses, and strategic business development. Oversees subsidiary performance, P&L results, budgets, investments, contracts, business planning, and operational strategy. Advises executive leadership and subsidiary general managers, manages cross-functional teams, develops business opportunities, coordinates with agencies, and presents to the Board and external stakeholders. Requires extensive senior operations leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development experience.
