Create brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations, RFPs, sales proposals, and client-facing collateral. Translate complex information into compelling visual narratives, maintain brand consistency, research supporting visuals and benchmarks, and manage reusable slide templates. The role also supports sales and strategy teams, contributes to onboarding and training materials, and stays current on presentation design and sales enablement practices.

Supports daily site operations, service-level tracking, client and employee relationships, vendor coordination, complaint resolution, and food and beverage service delivery. Supervises vendor-partner teams, conducts training, manages events and employee requests, minimizes process deviations, and maintains consistent service, grooming, and presentation standards.

Supervise high-intensity, hands-on site operations while assisting the Operations Manager. Track service levels, manage delivery SLAs, minimize process deviations, coordinate vendors, provide on-the-go training, maintain client and employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and maximize customer satisfaction and vendor engagement.

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, vendor partner teams, service levels, client and employee relationships, complaints, training, service standards, and SLA delivery. The role supports the Operations Manager, coordinates events and employee requests, minimizes process deviations, and improves customer satisfaction. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, up to four years of experience, hotel management knowledge, food-tech experience preferred, and fluency in the local language.

Manages food and beverage vendor partnerships, including sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, performance monitoring, compliance, inspections, issue resolution, and network expansion. Oversees menu management, cafeteria operations, vendor allocation, contingency planning, operational and culinary gap closure, manpower planning, and vendor partner P&L preparation. Requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills.
