The Dimensional Engineer will perform variation simulation analysis, support dimensional engineering activities, collaborate with teams, and manage project objectives to improve product quality and reduce costs.

Perform crash and durability CAE analyses (linear/nonlinear, static/dynamic) using LS-DYNA or Radioss and HyperWorks tools. Preprocess, mesh, post-process, correlate and optimize simulations with test data, develop countermeasures, and manage project schedules using Excel.

Design automotive plastic components using CATIA to create part, shape, drafting, and assembly layouts that meet packaging and performance targets. Improve design efficiency, reduce part costs, and apply engineering principles to bumper fascia and related mobility systems.

Support and lead engineering design for infotainment hardware (head unit, meters, telematics, displays, speakers, chargers). Perform 3D CAD modeling, 2D drawings, BOM and part specs, DFM, strength/material selection, cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and process improvements. Client-site travel required.

Support automotive reliability test and validation for vehicles, systems, and subsystems. Execute test plans, collect and analyze DAQ data, conduct vehicle benchmarking and tuning, instrument vehicles, develop countermeasures with design/CAE, negotiate with suppliers, and travel to test sites.

Designs, specifies, procures, installs, and starts up automated electrical/control systems for manufacturing. Manages projects, vendors, budgets, technical documentation, and provides hands-on support for machine installation, troubleshooting, qualification, and operator/maintenance training.

Perform variation simulation analysis (VSA) using 3DCS to build vehicle-level dimensional models, apply GD&T and tolerance optimization, collaborate cross-functionally, document findings, liaise with clients, track project progress, support proposals and scheduling, and travel to client sites.

Perform CAE preprocessing (Ansa), meshing, and dynamic/static linear or nonlinear analysis in Abaqus. Post-process results with nCode and Metapost, optimize and correlate analyses to test data, report countermeasures, manage schedules in Excel, communicate progress, and travel to client sites.

The CAE Engineer II supports development activities for Auto Powertrains, performing various analyses using CAE tools, optimizing methods, and creating project schedules.

Client-facing tester for CAA-based applications on the 3DEXPERIENCE/CATIA platform. Design and run structured and regression tests, validate electrical design automation and geometric/BOM consistency, log and track defects in JIRA, generate test reports, perform cross-environment validation, collaborate with developers to reproduce/verify fixes, and present testing status to the client.

This role supports Dimensional Engineering projects through variation simulation analysis, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with teams to resolve dimensional issues.

The CAE Engineer will perform durability analyses using CAE software, optimize test results, and communicate effectively with team members and clients, while traveling to client sites as needed.

Lead design and development of automotive interior components (especially center consoles) using CATIA, manage part/process development, coordinate offshore teams, mentor associates, perform feasibility/layout reviews, create drawings/specs, apply DFMEA/GD&T/DFM, support project scoping/scheduling/quoting, and seek efficiency and cost reductions.

Support durability engineering tests, design test plans, execute tests, diagnose failures, summarize results and improve efficiency.

Designs and delivers turnkey test systems for aerospace electronic products. Owns PCBA functional test strategy, hardware/software integration, automation development, test execution, data analysis, manufacturing test bring-up, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product quality and test coverage.
