Provides design release, launch, and onsite production support for automotive exterior systems. Develops cost-effective concepts meeting quality and delivery targets, mentors team members, and supports offshore teams and customer counterparts. The role focuses particularly on interior components such as center console systems.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of real-time embedded firmware and telematics control unit software for vehicle ECUs. Integrate automotive buses (CAN/CAN‑FD/LIN/Ethernet/FlexRay), enforce functional safety and coding standards, develop secure V2C data pipelines and OTA systems, support HIL testing and debugging, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior/offshore engineers.

Lead design and development of automotive interior components (especially center consoles) using CATIA, manage part/process development, coordinate offshore teams, mentor associates, perform feasibility/layout reviews, create drawings/specs, apply DFMEA/GD&T/DFM, support project scoping/scheduling/quoting, and seek efficiency and cost reductions.
