Design automotive plastics and mobility-system layouts in CATIA, ensuring proper part packaging and performance targets. Use CATIA Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting, and Assembly Design workbenches. Identify efficiency improvements, adopt current technologies, and reduce component costs. Requires an engineering degree, 3–7 years of relevant industry experience, CATIA V5 or V6 proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Manage cross-functional technical programs for automotive body closures, including mechanisms, sealing, structural integration, schedules, milestones, risks, supplier coordination, manufacturing issues, root-cause investigations, BOM maturity, NPI, and production transitions. Maintain Jira issue tracking, coordinate hardware deliveries, support CATIA packaging and clash analysis, and manage technical dataset and drawing releases through PLM workflows.

Design and release exterior vehicle components and assemblies from concept through production and launch. Coordinate with design, validation, purchasing, suppliers, manufacturing, and testing teams; manage CAD and technical drawing quality; establish cost, weight, performance, and quality targets; support root-cause analysis, design reviews, cost reduction, prototype builds, and production improvements.

Design automotive interior and plastics layouts for mobility systems using CATIA. Develop part packaging solutions that meet performance targets, apply engineering principles, use CATIA Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting, and Assembly Design workbenches, and improve design efficiency while reducing component costs.

Support automotive reliability test and validation for vehicles, systems, and subsystems. Execute test plans, collect and analyze DAQ data, conduct vehicle benchmarking and tuning, instrument vehicles, develop countermeasures with design/CAE, negotiate with suppliers, and travel to test sites.

The Dimensional Engineer will perform variation simulation analysis, support dimensional engineering activities, collaborate with teams, and manage project objectives to improve product quality and reduce costs.

Perform durability and fatigue analysis for suspension components using HyperMesh, ANSA, Abaqus, and HyperWorks. Complete preprocessing, meshing, static and dynamic linear or nonlinear analyses, post-processing, optimization, and correlation with physical test results. Develop countermeasures, resolve complex engineering problems, communicate milestones and issues, maintain project schedules in Excel, and travel to client sites.

Leads automotive interior design and development activities using CATIA, including feasibility studies, 3D modeling, 2D drawings, layout reviews, and cross-functional coordination. Manages small-scale projects, schedules, deliverables, quoting, reporting, and issue escalation. Develops cost-effective concepts meeting quality and delivery targets, mentors team members, and supports offshore teams and customer counterparts. The role focuses particularly on interior components such as center console systems.

Support and lead engineering design for infotainment hardware (head unit, meters, telematics, displays, speakers, chargers). Perform 3D CAD modeling, 2D drawings, BOM and part specs, DFM, strength/material selection, cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and process improvements. Client-site travel required.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of real-time embedded firmware and telematics control unit software for vehicle ECUs. Integrate automotive buses (CAN/CAN‑FD/LIN/Ethernet/FlexRay), enforce functional safety and coding standards, develop secure V2C data pipelines and OTA systems, support HIL testing and debugging, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior/offshore engineers.

Lead design and development of automotive interior components (especially center consoles) using CATIA, manage part/process development, coordinate offshore teams, mentor associates, perform feasibility/layout reviews, create drawings/specs, apply DFMEA/GD&T/DFM, support project scoping/scheduling/quoting, and seek efficiency and cost reductions.

Support field and simulation testing of autonomous marine vehicles: bring up and deploy containerized autonomy software, run on-water missions, log and visualize telemetry (rosbag, RViz), diagnose issues in real time, perform data reduction and test reporting, and improve tooling and automation for repeatable field tests.
