Lead technical execution, quality, schedule, and staffing for automotive resin parts design projects across Japan, India, and the U.S.; coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders; manage onsite/nearshore operations and act as liaison for project, budget, and resource alignment.

The Dimensional Engineer will perform variation simulation analysis, support dimensional engineering activities, collaborate with teams, and manage project objectives to improve product quality and reduce costs.

Perform crash and durability CAE analyses (linear/nonlinear, static/dynamic) using LS-DYNA or Radioss and HyperWorks tools. Preprocess, mesh, post-process, correlate and optimize simulations with test data, develop countermeasures, and manage project schedules using Excel.
