Lead technical execution, quality, schedules and resource management for automotive resin parts design across Japan, India, and the U.S.; coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams; oversee onsite/nearshore operations and act as primary liaison for project stakeholders.

Perform CAE preprocessing (Ansa), meshing, and dynamic/static linear or nonlinear analysis in Abaqus. Post-process results with nCode and Metapost, optimize and correlate analyses to test data, report countermeasures, manage schedules in Excel, communicate progress, and travel to client sites.

Lead and execute vehicle brake performance testing and validation, develop metrics and methodologies, support simulation, instrument vehicles, analyze data, resolve issues, and manage FMVSS testing and supplier/department negotiations. Frequent travel to test sites required.
