Lead end-to-end UX for a single product: define strategy, interaction and visual design, conduct and synthesize user research (qualitative and quantitative), collaborate with PMs and engineers from discovery through implementation, make UX decisions, and help build a strong design culture.

The Staff Software Engineer will build and maintain GoGuardian's Safety product suite, lead architectural decisions, mentor developers, and champion AI adoption in engineering workflows.

Provide tactical and strategic BI to marketing, sales, and finance by building dashboards, defining KPIs, analyzing performance, alerting and investigating changes, and partnering with data engineering to ensure data quality and reliable tracking.

Lead QA strategy and execution for a product area: plan and run manual, API, integration, and automated tests; build and maintain automation frameworks; monitor CI/CD results; mentor QA engineers; assess release readiness; drive QA process improvements and adoption of AI-assisted testing workflows.

Lead product direction for one or more early-stage education products: run pilots and beta programs, prioritize roadmap using data and customer signal, ship rapidly with engineering and design, define success metrics, and partner with go-to-market to scale validated concepts.
