Support brand and marketing design for Roo.Cash, creating social and digital ad assets, tracking ad performance, and iterating visuals based on audience and product needs. Collaborate with the team and deliver ~40 hours/month over at least one year.

Lead Roo.Cash business development for financial institutions: own advertising and co-marketing revenue, manage full sales cycle, design data-driven marketing solutions, translate platform data into proposals, lead strategic account planning, collaborate with product and marketing, monitor market trends, and build a consultative BD team.

Design and run experiments (A/B and offline validation), perform statistical analysis and power calculations, prepare and govern datasets for model training, estimate value of data sources, and document experimental design and results to inform data-centric product decisions.

Support US expansion through market research, GTM planning, multi-channel campaign execution, performance tracking, and localized content creation (social media, short videos, newsletters, tutorials). Provide agile support on ad-hoc projects and assist cross-functional teams to optimize user acquisition and education.

Lead backend design and development for enterprise anti-scam products. Build production-grade web crawlers, scalable API and ETL pipelines, integrate LLMs and AI coding agents, optimize performance, collaborate with PM/design, and reduce technical debt while driving architecture decisions.
