Manage end-to-end government projects and accounts, including tenders, subsidy projects, implementation timelines, acceptance reviews, official correspondence, performance reporting, and contract-linked deliverables. Own anti-scam product development and delivery across global B2B and B2G markets. Control schedules, dependencies, risks, and release quality while using product data to guide decisions. Collaborate with overseas stakeholders and improve workflows through AI tools, Jira, Confluence, connectors, and automation.

Lead Whoscall's product organization and strategy, guide a product management team, align cross-functional teams, drive AI-enabled product development, prioritize roadmap and resources, and measure product performance to grow retention, conversion, and revenue for fraud-prevention products.

Build, train, evaluate, and deploy supervised and unsupervised ML models using company data. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, experiment design, statistical analysis, error analysis, and model optimization. Support packaging, CI/CD, containerized deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate via Git with engineers and product managers, document experiments and processes, and progressively take ownership of end-to-end ML solutions.
