我們正在為 Anti-Scam BU Common Service Team 找一位 Backend SDET，負責以 Python 開發自動化測試與內部測試工具，讓後端服務與資料流的品質可以被持續量測，而不是靠人工回歸。
你會直接和 RD、SRE 一起工作，負責 API 與資料流的測試設計與實作、測試框架的維護與擴充，以及讓自動化測試在 CI/CD 中穩定運作。
我們的測試框架、工具、CI 腳本都是 Python，希望你的 Python 程度足以寫出讓別人願意接手維護的測試程式。
我們期待你在自己負責的範圍內獨立做決定，並主動把看到的風險說出來。跨團隊的架構決策與優先順序取捨會跟 QA Lead 一起討論。
工作內容
- API 測試：針對 API 行為設計並實作自動化測試，涵蓋功能、回歸與契約層面。Common Service 有多個產品線依賴，API 與 event schema 的契約驗證是這塊工作的重點之一。
- 資料流與資料管線驗證：針對 queue、event、排程與資料管線設計並實作自動化驗證，涵蓋資料正確性、完整性、重複與遺漏、處理時效，以及重跑之後的結果一致性。
- 測試環境與 CI Pipeline：維護及優化既有 CI/CD Pipeline，持續提升測試執行效率、穩定性與覆蓋率，並分析及修復 Flaky Test。依既有流程部署測試環境，並在環境異常時能自行定位問題。
- 測試框架與內部工具：在既有的專案結構與慣例下維護並擴充測試框架，包含共用 fixture、型別註記與測試資料管理。另外也會針對 RD 或 PM 反覆手動驗證的環節，開發可以直接交給他們使用的內部工具。
- 效能測試：參與效能與負載測試的實作（Locust、JMeter），包含腳本撰寫、情境設定與結果判讀。
- 在工作流程中運用 AI 工具：運用 coding agent 與 LLM 處理測試撰寫、測試資料生成、log 分析與失敗歸因。同時整理可重複使用的 prompt、規格與文件，讓這些工具在團隊內的產出品質是穩定的。
基本要求
- 3 年以上軟體開發或測試自動化經驗
- 熟悉 Python 開發，包含 pytest 生態、虛擬環境與套件管理、型別註記；能寫出結構清楚、可維護的程式
- 曾在具備非同步處理（queue、event、背景排程）或資料管線的系統上工作，理解最終一致性帶來的測試挑戰
- 熟悉 HTTP / API、資料庫，以及 AWS 雲端服務的運作原理，例如：DynamoDB、Lambda、Systems Manager
- 有 CI/CD 實務經驗，例如：GitHub Actions
- 理解 QA 基本原則：不同測試層級的適用場景、覆蓋策略，以及為什麼有些東西不值得測
- 已經把 AI 工具納入日常工作，並能具體說明它有效與失效的情境
- 遇到技術風險會主動講出來；對技術債有意識，會標記也會參與清理
- 資訊不完整時能自行找答案，也能從錯誤中調整做法
加分條件
- 契約測試、測試環境與測試資料管理經驗
- 可觀測性工具使用經驗（Datadog、Grafana）
- Docker、Kubernetes 或 Terraform 的基本操作能力
- 開發過被其他團隊實際採用的內部工具
- AI 功能本身的品質驗證經驗，例如非決定性輸出的評估方法
- 中英文都能進行技術溝通
Skills Required
- 3+ years software development or test automation experience
- Proficient in Python development, including pytest ecosystem, virtual environments, package management, and type annotations
- Experience working on systems with asynchronous processing (queues, events, background jobs) or data pipelines
- Familiarity with HTTP/API, databases, and AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, and Systems Manager
- Practical CI/CD experience (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Solid understanding of QA principles, test levels, coverage strategy, and test value tradeoffs
- Regular use of AI tools (LLMs/agents) in daily work and ability to explain effective/ineffective scenarios
- Proactive identification and communication of technical risks and participation in technical debt remediation
- Ability to self-serve information when specs are incomplete and adapt from mistakes
- Experience with performance/load testing tools (Locust, JMeter) and interpreting results
- Ability to maintain and extend test frameworks, fixtures, typing, and test data management
- Contract/contract-testing, test environment, and test data management experience
- Observability tooling experience (Datadog, Grafana)
- Basic operational knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
- Experience building internal tools adopted by other teams
- Experience validating AI features, including evaluation methods for non-deterministic outputs
- Technical communication ability in both Chinese and English
