Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, building rapport with potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling demonstrations, and supporting Sales Executives. The role requires approximately 60 calls per day, detailed qualification notes, and consistent achievement of revenue and opportunity targets. Candidates need sales and customer support experience, strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with software programs. The position is remote and based in Canada.

Support and optimize the outbound business development engine through prospect sourcing, lead enrichment, segmentation, campaign automation, Salesforce lead management, data analysis, and sales process improvement. Build Clay workflows, maintain data quality, monitor campaign performance, improve GTM tooling, and collaborate with BDRs, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and leadership to increase efficiency and outreach effectiveness.

Provide timely customer support via Zendesk, email, and phone; teach customers to use SiteDocs/GoCanvas/Device Magic; troubleshoot issues; document feedback in Trello; track activity in CRM; support renewals and upsells; manage form building and contribute to Help Center improvements and special projects.
