Lead and scale global marketing operations across two brands, owning marketing technology, lead lifecycle, automation, reporting, and cross-functional execution. Build scalable systems, governance, and dashboards, drive platform integrations and migrations, improve funnel tracking and attribution, and manage cross-team projects to increase speed, efficiency, and marketing impact.

Manage enterprise customer implementations to drive adoption and value realization. Lead onboarding, training webinars, in-person implementations when needed, and Zendesk support for assigned customers. Collaborate with Account Managers and Technical Specialists to ensure renewals and identify upsell opportunities. Track activities in CRM, collect product feedback, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.
