Provides social-emotional support to high-risk students, manages referrals and caseloads, supports IEP goals, participates in crisis and threat assessment teams, and contributes to MTSS and family support processes. The role connects students and families with community agencies, maintains confidential records, supports discipline and school operations, communicates with stakeholders, recruits students, and may transport students. Regular on-site presence and regional travel in Colorado are required.

Assists the principal with school leadership, instructional oversight, staff supervision, student discipline, safety, operations, budgeting, compliance, and community partnerships. The role monitors attendance and academic data, coordinates school programs and events, supports at-risk students, manages policies and procedures, and maintains an effective learning environment. Regular on-site presence in Colorado, regional travel, and student transportation may be required.

Supports Finance and Operations through budget and ERP administration, student fee invoicing, P-card auditing, vendor and contract management, lease and CAM reconciliation, capital asset records, reporting, document migration, database maintenance, and system implementations. The role requires strong Excel and technical skills, accurate financial data management, cross-functional coordination, and professional communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, landlords, and service providers.

Assists with IEP-related services, student discipline, threat assessments, mandatory reporting, and maintaining a safe learning environment.
