Manages regional school site operations, including maintenance, repairs, purchases, vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, fleet compliance, asset audits, relocations, and events. Ensures adherence to organizational policies, state and federal mandates, and board requirements while collaborating across departments to support students and staff. The role also involves regional travel, driving, student transportation as needed, staff driver certification tracking, and participation in professional development and student recruitment activities.

Provides social-emotional support to high-risk students through referrals, focused caseload management, crisis and threat assessment participation, MTSS and family-support coordination, and community-agency partnerships. The role supports student IEP goals under supervision, maintains confidential records, communicates with families and stakeholders, assists with discipline and school operations, participates in community events, and helps foster a safe and effective learning environment. Regular on-site presence, regional travel, and student transportation are required.
