Review, clean, organize, verify, and update HubSpot CRM data, including deals and contact records. Identify duplicates, missing information, inconsistencies, and discrepancies; independently research and correct errors; recommend data-quality solutions; and complete assigned projects accurately within deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision.

Manage accounts receivable/payable, perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, prepare financial reports, assist with tax compliance, handle foreign currency transactions, and support budgeting and internal controls across multiple brands in a remote role aligned to Hawaii business hours.

Engage with travelers to promote and sell tour packages, provide expert recommendations and excellent customer service, and manage the booking process. Full-time role with training and commission opportunities focused on sharing Hawaii attractions and the aloha spirit.

Manage daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, assist payroll processing, support month-end close and basic financial reporting while working closely with management.
