Build and maintain strategic, trust-based partnerships with Southern Baptist churches to increase prayer, generosity, and missionary sending. Create customized engagement plans, connect churches to missionaries and initiatives, manage CRM and communications, track outcomes, travel frequently for relationship-building, and collaborate with internal teams to mobilize resources for global missions.

Manage bi-weekly multi-entity payroll processing, ensure tax compliance, reconcile payroll taxes, analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies, support system enhancements and integrations, administer international payroll processes, provide employee payroll support, and drive continuous process improvements.

Manage a portfolio of 75–150 major donors to cultivate long-term relationships and secure transformational gifts, including planned and deferred giving. Implement moves-management, maintain accurate CRM records, stay current on philanthropy and tax law, and meet an annual fundraising goal approaching or exceeding $3M. Travel 30–50% to engage constituents regionally.

Assist lead teachers in Preschool and School-Age classrooms by fostering a safe learning environment, managing classroom activities, and supporting children during meals. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth program operations.

Lead IMB's access initiatives by setting strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, advising on compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve complex access issues.

The HR Partner leads recruitment, performance management, and employee relations while driving talent development initiatives to support organizational culture.
