Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for personnel, organizational events, conferences, and other travel requests. Book and ticket reservations, assist travelers with itineraries and documentation, resolve disruptions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with travel policies. The role requires coordination with travelers, internal stakeholders, and travel suppliers while providing responsive customer service and handling changing priorities.

Leads enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, including needs assessment, instructional design, facilitation, leadership training, e-learning, and blended programs. Oversees Workday Learning, Pathwright, and other learning systems, including assignments, reporting, completion tracking, and employee records. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts, coordinates training providers, analyzes outcomes, and improves programs using data and stakeholder feedback.

Monitors campus grounds, buildings, access points, security systems, cameras, and alarms; conducts patrols; verifies identification; assists visitors; responds to emergencies and security incidents; and prepares accurate incident reports. Provides customer service to employees, guests, contractors, and vendors while maintaining a safe and secure campus environment.
