Maintain forecasts and CRM data, monitor competitors and market trends, and collaborate with technical and delivery teams. Travel for client meetings and business development is required.

Lead cloud strategy by designing secure, scalable architectures, directing application migrations, enforcing governance and security standards, optimizing infrastructure costs and reliability, automating deployments with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, and mentoring development and DevOps teams. Lead end-to-end utility GIS migrations from GE Smallworld to ESRI Utility Network. Responsibilities include schema mapping, migration strategy design, topology and connectivity migration, ETL, data validation, reconciliation, cutover and rollback planning, and production quality checks. The role also develops Python and ArcPy automation frameworks, optimizes spatial database queries, supports ArcGIS deployments, and collaborates with stakeholders on utility modernization programs.
