Leads the site safety management system for an automated transit pilot across construction, testing, commissioning, passenger operations, maintenance, and emergency response. Owns hazard logs, safety controls, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, OSHA compliance, emergency preparedness, contractor safety, SOPs, and operational readiness. Partners with engineering, quality, operations, maintenance, authorities, contractors, and emergency responders, with authority to stop unsafe work or service.

Own the monthly and quarterly close processes, oversee general and revenue accounting, manage stock compensation, fixed assets, leases, international accounting, audits, tax coordination, and internal controls. Lead and develop the accounting team, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, support NetSuite implementation and optimization, and build scalable processes for a growing company.
