Lead enterprise customer onboarding, implementation, technical integrations, workflow configuration, adoption, troubleshooting, and ongoing post-sales success. Serve as the primary technical customer contact, coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, define success criteria, resolve technical challenges, and identify expansion opportunities. Support select pre-sales activities as a technical and product subject matter expert.

Supports inbound and outbound sales development by qualifying, enriching, routing, and engaging leads across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Maintains Salesforce data, meets response-time and activity targets, supports events, builds sequences, tracks conversion metrics, and collaborates with marketing and sales teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, coachability, resilience, attention to detail, and interest in building a technology sales career.

Own end-to-end GTM recruiting, including profile definition, sourcing, pipeline development, candidate experience, offers, and closing. Partner with executives and GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy, use recruiting data to improve funnel performance, and build scalable recruiting practices. Recruit across Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams while maintaining high ownership, speed, structure, and hiring quality.
