Supports sales teams and broker partners through prospecting, quoting, proposals, enrollments, renewals, RFPs, licensing, and producer appointments. Maintains pipeline and process tracking, coordinates with internal teams and third-party administrators, responds to product inquiries, supports broker training, and manages Salesforce records. The remote role may require occasional travel of less than 10% for open enrollment meetings.

Owns the configuration, optimization, administration, and support of Globe Life’s Archer GRC platform. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring workflows and reports, developing documentation and test plans, troubleshooting issues, managing data and dashboards, supporting releases, analyzing business processes, and training stakeholders. The role also manages small workstreams, participates in Agile planning, monitors platform performance and data quality, and recommends continuous improvements.

Owns the configuration, optimization, governance, and support of the company’s GRC platform. Leads implementations, requirements workshops, workflow and integration design, compliance automation, UAT, deployments, upgrades, audit support, and continuous improvement. The role also manages platform initiatives, coordinates stakeholders, mentors team members, maintains governance standards, and advises business teams on GRC capabilities and best practices.
