Lead and maintain operational infrastructure for the Research Team, owning publication workflows, quality control, content management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with Compliance, Legal, and partner teams. Drive process improvements, manage project timelines, and ensure consistent, scalable execution of research production, readership tracking, and team metrics.

Support day-to-day ETF portfolio management across equity, fixed income, and derivative strategies. Monitor fund flows, manage creation/redemption and rebalancing trades, perform quantitative/qualitative performance and risk analysis, and build/maintain reporting and analytics tools. Collaborate with Product, Trading, and Risk on new product launches and portfolio transitions.

Produce client-facing research and educational content on energy and commodity ETFs; monitor markets and macro developments; support product development and research projects; collaborate with Product, Capital Markets, Investment Strategy, and Sales; respond to client inquiries and present via webinars, meetings, conferences, podcasts, and media.

Founding lead to define, govern, and deliver canonical investment data products. Hands-on role writing production dbt models in Python/SQL, hardening pipelines, driving adoption of shared data layers, and building a small senior data team while partnering with business, compliance, and vendors.
