Lead and scale a centralized customer analytics and intelligence function: build team structure and governance, integrate siloed data sources, deliver actionable insights to marketing, distribution, and leadership, present to executives, drive measurement and activation (segmentation, personalization, CRM enablement), and ensure data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across global business units.

Manage and grow strategic national account relationships across wirehouse, IBD, bank, and RIA platforms. Drive platform engagement, product positioning, and approval support for ETFs. Collaborate with field sales and cross-functional teams to increase AUM and advisor engagement, represent the firm at events, mentor junior staff, and expand presence in emerging channels.

The AVP, ETF Product Development will evaluate and develop new ETF strategies, lead product initiatives, and support cross-functional teams, while conducting market assessments and quantitative analyses in Excel.

The AVP, Capital Markets oversees ETF operations, manages reporting and trading documentation, responds to fund performance inquiries, and monitors regulatory developments.

The Senior Paralegal manages ETF launches and regulatory filings, providing documentation support and contract administration while collaborating with legal teams and external stakeholders.
