Manage and strengthen humanitarian partnerships across Central America. Responsibilities include stakeholder research and mapping, relationship management, CRM maintenance, partner engagement, event coordination, briefing preparation, communications, and administrative support. The role also supports donor-funded resilience initiatives and requires readiness for disaster-response deployments, including international travel and possible humanitarian vessel assignments. Fluency in English and Spanish and/or French is required.

Lead HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, leaves, workers' comp, OSHA reporting, job classification, performance management, and employee development. Act as strategic partner supporting change management, audits, data privacy, and cross-functional HR initiatives.
