Based in Charlotte with up to 50% travel, the Caribbean Partnerships Specialist cultivates and manages public and private sector relationships, conducts stakeholder mapping and country research, supports partner engagement activities and CRM maintenance, provides administrative and logistical support for meetings and deployments, drafts success stories, and helps translate strategy into rapid humanitarian response in the Caribbean.

Lead HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, leaves, workers' comp, OSHA reporting, job classification, performance management, and employee development. Act as strategic partner supporting change management, audits, data privacy, and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Plan and coordinate maritime engagements for a humanitarian vessel, translate proposals into operational plans, support disaster response deployments, develop procedures and training, liaise with partners, and ensure activities align with organizational strategy and safety protocols.
