Operate and maintain Bar & Book audiovisual equipment to display simulcast races and sports, manage projectors and audio transitions, contact satellite providers, perform basic repairs, make announcements, provide TV/audio customer support, and coordinate shift handoffs. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Ensure fair race starts by maintaining and testing the starting gate, assisting with loading and schooling horses, communicating via radio with race officials, maintaining starter gate truck/equipment, setting stall numbers, and supporting the Starter during race days and training.

Conduct video surveillance and investigations of casino operations, coordinate with internal departments and law enforcement, complete incident reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and operate surveillance and office equipment.

Manage and prioritize ticket orders, check plating and temperature, pace service, assist with garnishing and light prep, maintain expo line cleanliness, fill in on line stations during peak periods, and uphold food safety standards.

Provide administrative and operational support to Food & Beverage leadership, handling payroll/gratuity distribution, personnel records, inventory and purchasing, reporting and reconciliations, compliance documentation, communications, and departmental coordination to ensure efficient outlet operations.
