Teams at Global Gaming Solutions, LLC

Directs the organization’s physical security strategy and daily Security and Parking Department operations. Coordinates with regulators, law enforcement, city officials, executives, and department heads; manages staff, budgets, contracts, safety procedures, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. Oversees hiring, training, performance, discipline, reporting, and process improvement while ensuring facility, personnel, property, and asset safety.

Coordinates communication between kitchen and dining staff, prioritizes tickets, checks dish accuracy and quality, assists with plating and delivery, and supports kitchen prep, cooking, cleaning, restocking, and sanitation. Helps maintain service timing and expo-line organization during busy periods, fills in across kitchen stations, and follows food safety, recipe, and plating standards.

Provides unarmed security for customers, employees, and property by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, securing access points, responding to incidents, documenting occurrences, and assisting during emergencies. Maintains order, communicates with dispatch and management, provides first aid when needed, enforces security procedures, and interacts courteously with the public. Requires required licenses, a valid driver’s license, background screening, and the ability to work effectively in stressful situations.
