Designs, deploys, secures, automates, and supports Azure, Windows Server, hybrid identity, web, and enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include Azure engineering, Active Directory administration, virtualization, patching, backup and disaster recovery, IIS management, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, incident readiness, and Tier III troubleshooting. The role also documents architecture, improves reliability and performance, and partners with developers and IT leadership on modernization initiatives.

Leads GEI’s fundraising and development strategy, focusing on major gifts, foundation partnerships, donor cultivation, stewardship, and long-term philanthropic growth. Manages donor pipelines, develops proposals and impact reports, builds external relationships, partners with executives and board members, and tracks performance through CRM systems and development analytics. This onsite San Antonio role requires strong relationship-building, storytelling, communication, organization, and demonstrated success meeting revenue goals.

Develop and support full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, Blazor, Razor Pages, and ASP.NET MVC. Build APIs, integrations, and data-access layers; contribute to Azure cloud solutions; apply secure coding practices; troubleshoot issues; and collaborate with ministry and operational teams to deliver reliable technical solutions.
