Oversee Testing Supervisors and Engineers, coordinate with APs, contractors and clients, approve test procedures, ensure safety/compliance, resolve defects, and support handover and commissioning.

Manage month-end reporting, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting across UK and overseas entities. Oversee transactional finance, intercompany reconciliations, billing, and produce board/investor reports. Ensure tax, audit and statutory compliance and drive process/system improvements (NetSuite/Excel).

Senior Authorised Person responsible for safe control of hazardous energy and mechanical Safe Systems of Work across high-risk sites. Implements and manages mechanical isolations, LOTO, permits to work, RAMS review, commissioning support, pre-functional and pressure testing, inspections, and stakeholder coordination. Provides leadership to mechanical teams and enforces compliance with safety legislation and standards.

Partner with directors and the Group CPO to design and deliver HR strategies, manage employee relations, performance management, talent development, HR policy and compliance, organisational development, and support international mobility and visa/work-permit processes.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and Welcome Days for engineers, arrange travel, manage PPE/uniforms and office supplies, act as first point of contact for visitors and calls, maintain records and compliance, support Health & Safety activities, and help organize company events and meetings.

Lead workforce planning and resource deployment for engineering projects across Europe. Own forecasting, mobilisation, utilisation reporting, and workforce analytics. Develop scalable processes, resolve capacity conflicts, and provide strategic workforce intelligence to support hiring and project delivery.
