Lead and manage electrical testing, energisation, and system validation for a large hyperscale data centre project. Oversee Testing Supervisors and Engineers, coordinate with APs, contractors and clients, approve test procedures, ensure safety/compliance, resolve defects, and support handover and commissioning.

Manage month-end reporting, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting across UK and overseas entities. Oversee transactional finance, intercompany reconciliations, billing, and produce board/investor reports. Ensure tax, audit and statutory compliance and drive process/system improvements (NetSuite/Excel).

Senior Authorised Person responsible for safe control of hazardous energy and mechanical Safe Systems of Work across high-risk sites. Implements and manages mechanical isolations, LOTO, permits to work, RAMS review, commissioning support, pre-functional and pressure testing, inspections, and stakeholder coordination. Provides leadership to mechanical teams and enforces compliance with safety legislation and standards.
