Teams at Global Commissioning

Lead regional commissioning and technical operations for mission-critical data centres. Provide technical authority, ensure safe and consistent delivery across projects, manage schedules, risks, and quality, engage clients and stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and promote health, safety, and compliance.

Provides administrative and office coordination support, including employee onboarding, Welcome Days, travel arrangements, PPE and equipment coordination, office supplies, supplier relationships, reception, records management, compliance documentation, health and safety support, and company events. The role supports engineers working on critical infrastructure projects and requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Manage project documentation throughout its lifecycle, including document registers, revision control, technical records, distribution, compliance, and reporting. Support commissioning teams with documentation packs and provide administrative assistance across multiple live data centre projects. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers while using platforms such as SharePoint and Aconex. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, and prioritisation skills, with occasional UK and international travel to project sites.
