Lead financial operations, month-end close, and reporting; maintain controls and governance; manage cashflow, billing, tax compliance and audits; drive finance systems improvements and NetSuite implementation while partnering with commercial and operational leaders.

Manage end-to-end commercial bid and tender processes for large-scale European data centre and mission-critical projects, coordinating stakeholders, developing pricing and commercial proposals, identifying risks/opportunities, preparing clarifications and contract reviews, and supporting contract handover and business development.

Senior Authorised Person responsible for safe control of hazardous energy and mechanical Safe Systems of Work across high-risk sites. Implements and manages mechanical isolations, LOTO, permits to work, RAMS review, commissioning support, pre-functional and pressure testing, inspections, and stakeholder coordination. Provides leadership to mechanical teams and enforces compliance with safety legislation and standards.
