Lead video editor responsible for producing long- and short-form content, motion graphics, promotional assets, and select design projects. The role involves hands-on editing, visual storytelling, AI-assisted content creation, developing templates and visual standards, and managing freelance creative contractors. The editor will collaborate with founders and internal teams to shape the company’s visual identity across video, social, web, and promotional channels.

Lead Glass Factory’s comprehensive marketing strategy across social media, email, paid advertising, community, content, launches, resources, and brand campaigns. Own the multi-platform content ecosystem, coordinate creative production and publishing, manage calendars and performance reporting, oversee paid advertising strategy, and direct contractors, editors, community managers, and specialists. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires proven audience-growth, content, creative-production, lifecycle-marketing, and campaign-management experience.

Own end-to-end product development across backend and frontend, translating ambiguous product goals into technical plans and customer-facing features. Build APIs, workflows, data models, AI features, infrastructure, and product logic using modern full-stack technologies. Partner with product, design, customers, and the founding team while making technical and product tradeoffs. Work in person five days per week and occasionally travel to factories or team offsites.
