Provide front-desk and receptionist support: answer phones, greet visitors, control school admittance, track attendance, handle mail, schedule interviews, maintain calendars and equipment access, coordinate facility/vehicle/maintenance requests, oversee summer projects, and perform administrative tasks as directed. Must meet required background clearances and support agency mission and values.

Provide supervision and monitoring for adults and juveniles on electronic, alcohol, or drug monitoring; coordinate device hookups/schedules; perform urine drug screenings; communicate compliance/violations to probation; maintain offender records and community resource referrals; supervise afterschool and online learning programs; participate in rotating on-call coverage and attend trainings.

Provide classroom support and supervise students in a therapeutic school setting. Assist teachers with classroom management, complete paperwork, build therapeutic relationships, attend trainings, practice PBIS and Sanctuary interventions, and help conduct Strengths-Needs-Cultural-Discovery assessments.

Support classroom teacher in managing students with behavioral health and developmental needs. Complete paperwork, attend trainings, build therapeutic relationships, practice PBIS and Sanctuary interventions, assist with physical interventions after training, and perform student assessments (SNCD) in collaboration with the teacher.
