Provides school nursing services, including medication administration, student health assessments, health education, emergency response, communicable disease prevention, and health records management. The nurse also supports school operations through attendance tracking, receptionist coverage, supply and equipment inventory, food service coordination, scheduling, filing, and regulatory compliance. Requires collaboration with school leadership and staff in a therapeutic educational environment.

Directs finance and accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, month-end close, accounts receivable, billing, cash receipts, payroll oversight, accounts payable, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory reporting. Supervises finance and billing staff, monitors healthcare billing and payer compliance, supports the CFO, prepares board reports, and manages accounting policies, procedures, and special projects.

Provides case management to adults and children with serious mental illness or emotional disturbance. Coordinates and monitors community services, supports independent living, develops crisis plans, advocates for clients and families, completes assessments and individualized service plans, maintains documentation, collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary teams, and provides on-call support. Services occur in homes, schools, and community settings throughout Butler County.
