Teams at Glade Run Lutheran Services

Provides case management to adults and children with serious mental illness or emotional disturbance. Coordinates and monitors community services, supports independent living, develops crisis plans, advocates for clients and families, completes assessments and individualized service plans, maintains documentation, collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary teams, and provides on-call support. Services occur in homes, schools, and community settings throughout Butler County.

Support classroom teacher in managing students with behavioral health and developmental needs. Complete paperwork, attend trainings, build therapeutic relationships, practice PBIS and Sanctuary interventions, assist with physical interventions after training, and perform student assessments (SNCD) in collaboration with the teacher.
