Lead Girls Who Code's social media strategy and CEO thought-leadership presence. Plan, create, and publish content across multiple platforms; manage community engagement, influencer and partner relationships; run integrated campaigns; analyze performance and optimize strategy; collaborate cross-functionally and ensure brand consistency. Hybrid NYC role (2 in-office days/week).

Lead cross-functional marketing to drive awareness, recruitment, and engagement for programs and a new learning platform. Develop integrated digital campaigns, create recruitment materials, optimize student acquisition and retention, support ad creative and targeting, and analyze performance to refine strategies.

Manage a portfolio of corporate partners to drive renewals, retention, and growth. Execute renewal strategies, track moves management and forecasting, analyze engagement data, create partner-facing materials, coordinate cross-functional delivery of benefits, maintain Salesforce records, represent Girls Who Code externally, and support team projects and potential direct reports.
