Develops on-brand graphic and digital content for print, web, social media, email, events, fundraising, merchandise, and campaigns. Creates motion graphics and short-form video, adapts templates for local councils, maintains brand and media assets, supports photography and video production, and prepares files for print and web. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver effective visual communications while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Coordinates end-of-season 5K events, including project planning, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, communications, logistics, documentation, and cross-functional execution. Supports program operations by managing volunteer clearances and certifications, equipment distribution, participant payment plans, refunds, inquiries, coach training, and volunteer interest calls. The role provides responsive customer service to participants, families, coaches, volunteers, and community partners while improving operational processes. This is a part-time position requiring occasional local travel and evening or weekend work.

Provide administrative, development, communications, volunteer coordination, and light program support for a regional nonprofit. Manage databases, donor acknowledgments, social media posts, email lists, event logistics, volunteer recruitment, and occasional site deliveries and 5K event support within a 24-hour/week hybrid schedule.
