Plan, implement, and evaluate year-round youth programs (events, product sales, outreach); support and train volunteers; manage program budgets, records, grants, CRM data, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure inclusive, effective Girl Scout programming.

Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and digital ordering systems to support Fall Product and Cookie programs. Train and coach staff and volunteers, deliver presentations, troubleshoot systems, produce reports, and drive strategies to grow sales and participation while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with Girl Scout policies.
