Teams at Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines

Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies to grow girl and adult membership. Lead membership campaigns, mentor volunteers and staff, ensure volunteer infrastructure for high-quality Girl Scout programs, analyze community needs, collaborate across departments, report progress, support fundraising, and represent the Council in community partnerships. Occasional travel required.
