Drives membership growth by converting prospective girls, adults, and volunteers into registered participants and troop leaders. Manages recruitment leads and membership pipelines through CRM systems, implements targeted recruitment strategies, analyzes membership data, provides customer service, and supports community recruitment events. Collaborates with membership teams and community partners while promoting troop development and placement across the assigned North Carolina region.

Leads and coordinates council-wide marketing campaigns across social media, web, email, and events. Maintains brand standards, reviews creative assets, supports high-priority design work, oversees content execution, monitors campaign performance, and coordinates timelines, requests, vendors, and cross-functional marketing support for membership, programs, and product sales.

Recruits girls and adult volunteers, builds relationships with schools and community organizations, organizes engagement events, converts leads into memberships, places girls in troops, and facilitates Girl Scout programs. The role requires strong communication, organization, conflict-resolution, classroom-management, and community engagement skills. It is part-time, involves flexible evening and weekend hours, requires driving and travel within a 150-mile service area, and primarily serves Jones County.
