Diagnose complex application, flow, Dataverse, connector, security, ALM, RPA, licensing, and governance issues; reproduce problems using logs and telemetry; guide escalations; review resolutions; mentor support engineers; document solutions; and maintain customer satisfaction, SLA, quality, and response-time standards while working rotational shifts.

Provide remote technical support for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Diagnose, reproduce, resolve, and document enterprise cases involving Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, connectors, environments, ALM, cloud flows, RPA, integrations, throttling, and governance. Manage customer updates, escalations, knowledge-base contributions, SLAs, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction during committed shifts. Work is freelance and paid per successfully resolved ticket.

Provide hands-on technical support for enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, integrations, environments, ALM, security, RPA, and governance issues. Investigate logs and errors, reproduce problems, identify root causes, communicate with customers, manage cases through resolution, meet SLA and quality targets, document solutions, and escalate complex issues. The role requires rotational shifts and full-time work from the Gurgaon office.
