Develop, maintain, enhance, test, integrate, and troubleshoot scalable Java applications using Spring technologies. Develop, enhance, and maintain information management software and infrastructure services for high-performance computing systems in Linux environments. Apply Python to solve engineering challenges, work with PostgreSQL and SQL, and support automated deployments using Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies. Collaborate with modern development and infrastructure tools, with familiarity in Agile methodologies, DCIM platforms, and documentation systems.

Deploy and maintain secure, reliable software across high-performance computing environments. Build infrastructure automation with Ansible and Python, deploy containerized services using Kubernetes and Helm, maintain GitOps deployment pipelines, and lead Tier 3 escalations. Develop, maintain, test, and integrate Java-based applications using Spring frameworks. Work with Linux, containerization (Docker/containerd), Kubernetes orchestration, NoSQL (MongoDB), messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), CI/CD (Bamboo/GitLab CI), and IaC (Ansible). Troubleshoot, automate, and collaborate across COTS and open-source components.

Perform TEMPEST/EMSEC testing and signal analysis on cryptographic and COTS equipment, record and report results, identify and mitigate emanation vulnerabilities, work with vendors and project teams to verify test requirements (CTTA/NSITSSAM), and validate IASRD application while supporting onsite customer mission needs.

Design, develop, and sustain integrations, plugins, scripts, and automation for Atlassian-based collaboration (Jira, Confluence) in Linux. Collaborate with developers, admins, and customers to streamline workflows, automate tasks, deploy containerized services with CI/CD, and document configurations and procedures.

Integrate, test, and sustain automation tools to provision and configure HPC infrastructure in complex Linux environments. Bridge development, operations, and test teams to ensure secure, reliable automation using Linux administration, Bash/Python scripting, Ansible, IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and technical documentation.

Lead planning, deployment, and documentation of Delinea privileged access and secrets management across enterprise Linux. Translate security requirements into system designs, automate with Bash/Python and IaC (Ansible/SaltStack), integrate auth (LDAP/AD/FreeIPA), support CI/CD secrets workflows, container secret handling, and produce sustainment documentation and troubleshooting.

Design, build, and maintain a distributed Splunk-based metrics and monitoring solution for HPC environments. Implement SPL searches, dashboards, reports, data onboarding, field extractions, alerting, and event correlation. Automate tasks using Python and shell/Perl scripts, apply IaC (Ansible) and CI/CD (GitLab CI/Git), and integrate log management and message broker systems to ensure observability, performance, and reliability.

Engineer, integrate, and sustain Delinea privileged-access products across Linux environments. Develop automation and software (Python, Java, Bash), integrate with directory services, implement PAM/IAM and certificate auth, support secrets automation in CI/CD, containerized deployments, IaC (Ansible/SaltStack), troubleshoot distributed Linux systems, and maintain large Linux clusters for mission operations.

Develop and execute test plans and automation to validate performance, reliability, and readiness of HPC systems. Analyze logs and test data, validate REST APIs, create database queries, use visualization tools, and apply CI/CD pipelines to find and resolve defects before operational impact.

Design, build, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, runners, reusable templates, and automation patterns. Automate builds, tests, deployments, artifact workflows, environment promotion, and container integrations. Administer GitLab Runners, write Bash and Python automation, use Ansible for IaC, and collaborate with teams to secure and standardize pipelines.

Integrate, test, deploy, and troubleshoot mission services in on-prem enclaves and AWS. Perform Linux system administration, automation scripting (Bash/Python), install/configure COTS/GOTS/FOSS, manage Hadoop and NoSQL systems, apply IaC tools, and monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana.

Enhance a Streamlit UI prototype and build it into a production-ready interface. Develop front-end and back-end components using Python, Java, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern JS frameworks. Use Linux, Bash, Git, Jupyter, Spark, and pandas/NumPy for data processing; orchestrate workflows with Airflow; query MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL; work with Slurm and Atlassian tools. Must hold Top Secret clearance, pass a polygraph, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
