What You’ll Be Doing (We don’t love the bullet points, but we love the work!)
As the Software Integration Engineer, you'll get to be responsible for the integration, test, deployment, and troubleshooting of various production-ready mission services deployed in an on-prem enclave and AWS Cloud environments.Requirements
- Eight (8) years' experience
- Bachelors in Computer Science or an additional 5 years' experience
- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
- Experience developing Bash/Python scripts to automate manual processes
- Proficient performing Linux System Administration
- Experience installing, configuring, and sustaining COTS/GOTS/FOSS software in a Linux environment
- Foundational knowledge of DevOps Tooling (e.g., CI/CD, Git)
- Experience with Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem (NiFi, HDFS, Map/Reduce)
- Experience with installing, configuring, and sustaining multiple NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Accumulo
- Experience with IaC principles and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Salt, Puppet)
- Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana)
Desired Skills
- Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- AWS Cloud experience
