Monitor sales activity and deal health using Salesforce and Gong, conduct team development meetings, improve training and segmentation, identify market opportunities, present product demonstrations, and represent the company at events and trade shows.

Leads the business development function and manages SDR and BDR teams responsible for generating new and expansion sales opportunities. Duties include hiring, onboarding, coaching, setting pipeline and revenue goals, monitoring sales activities, analyzing performance, improving training and customer segmentation, identifying market penetration opportunities, and delivering presentations and demonstrations. The role also includes public speaking at events and travel to trade shows and customer locations across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Lead a hands-on support engineering team responsible for production health across the Giatec 360 platform. Build and supervise AI agents for issue triage, bug resolution, and auto-remediation; own Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalations; lead 24/7 alternating-week on-call; improve monitoring, incident response, CI/CD, deployment automation, and regression testing; and mentor rotating engineers while championing platform quality.

Lead Giatec's IT operations, oversee day-to-day support, administer endpoints and cloud identity, implement AI-driven automation, design disaster recovery and security programs, run enterprise IT projects, manage vendors and budgets, and mentor the IT team to scale processes.
