Provide pediatric oncology nursing care at Brooke Army Medical Center in a team-based, low-ratio environment. Duties include charge/team lead, precepting, orientation, rapid response, and routine RN patient care. Full-time, M–F day schedule; no on-call.

Source and engage passive healthcare candidates for federal contracts through digital campaigns and direct outreach. Build talent pipelines, pre-screen candidates, maintain ATS data, track performance metrics, and improve sourcing processes and employer branding.

Provide advanced critical care for burn and trauma patients across pediatric to adult populations. Manage hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor titration, invasive devices (Swan-Ganz, temporary pacemaker, balloon pump), CRRT, rapid response, and assist with procedures. Act as team lead, preceptor, and orientee support in a low-ratio, academic military burn ICU.
